Engaging the next generation of donors, board members and volunteers for a longstanding community impact organization

The Society of St. Vincent de Paul - Fort Wayne needed a modern strategy to attract, retain and steward its donor base throughout Northeast Indiana.

With a community thrift store, no-cost community programming and a conference association structure, the Society requested my help to unify and expand awareness of their mission, both internally and externally.

Working in phases, my partnership with the society involves managing and expanding its social media presence across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn; redefining and activating its brand narrative internally and externally; and establishing a robust, automated email marketing workflow to increase revenue and steward its community of supporters.
